Cancellations and refunds

The short version: cancel whenever you like, keep what you have paid for, and there are no refunds.

Cancelling

One button on your billing page. It stops the next payment immediately. Pro stays unlocked until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account goes back to the free tier with nothing lost — your history, statistics and streak stay exactly as they are.

Refunds

We do not refund a period that has started. This is why the free tier exists: a daily session and five topic tests every day, for as long as you like, so you can decide whether the paid version is worth it before paying for it.

The 7-day trial

The trial costs ₹1, and that ₹1 is not refunded — it is the price of the trial, not a deposit. Cancel from your billing page before day 7 and nothing else is ever taken; the ₹1 is all you pay. If you do not cancel, the plan’s normal price is charged on day 7 and the ordinary rule above applies to that period.

That day-7 amount is whichever plan you chose — ₹399 for monthly, ₹3,999 for yearly. There is one trial per account, and the six-month exam pass has no trial.

If we do take the day-7 payment after you had already cancelled, that is our mistake and we refund it in full.

The six-month exam pass

A one-time purchase of 180 days. It does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel — and, like the subscriptions, it is not refundable once it starts.
