Shipping and delivery

PYQPrep is entirely digital. Nothing is posted, nothing is couriered, and there is never a shipping or delivery charge of any kind.

What you are buying

Access to the app on your own account — the question bank, timed tests, your statistics and the daily session. There is no physical product, no book and no disc, so there is nothing to address, pack or send.

How it is delivered

Automatically, to the account you paid from. As soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, Pro unlocks and you can carry on where you were — usually before you have left the payment screen. At worst it takes a few minutes, while Razorpay’s confirmation reaches us.

Nothing has to be entered, activated or claimed, and no delivery details are ever asked for. Because it is an account and not a parcel, it reaches you wherever you are.

If Pro has not appeared

Refresh the page first — the unlock lands on your next load. If it is still not there several minutes after your bank or UPI app says the payment went through, write to inforrkprofessionalservices@gmail.com with the payment reference and it will be sorted out the same day. Exchanges

Nothing physical is shipped, so there is nothing to return or exchange. Cancelling, and what happens to money already paid, is covered by the cancellations and refunds policy.
